There are estimates that oil prices will go up in 2017 and reach $55 per barrel, Theodore Karasik, the Middle East analyst and senior advisor at Risk Insurance Management in Dubai, told Trend Jan. 29.
The expert also said that the current oil price rise is temporary, saying that however "no one knows the true answer."
"The culprit in all this carnage is Saudi Arabia, who is trying to weaken the US, Russia, and Iran by creating a regional political economic crisis for Riyadh's neighbors," he added.
