The newly created structure of Azerbaijan's Taxes Ministry, the General Directorate for International Relations and Tax Monitoring of Financial Institutions, will be headed by the taxes minister's advisor Alakbar Mammadov.
Mammadov replaced Natig Shirinov in his new position.
Shirinov was in turn appointed the head of the tax department #1 in the ministry.
