Zoltan Salai joined the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijani Unibank, the information posted on the bank's website said.
At the same time, Julian Healy left Unibank's Supervisory Board.
This is the second change in the staff of Unibank's Supervisory Board during the month.
Earlier, Michael Neumayr joined the bank's supervisory board replacing Andreas Zeisler.
The Supervisory Board, headed by Eldar Garibov, also includes Garibov's deputy Vagif Garibli, advisor to the chairman Samir Balayev, board members Elkhan Garibli, Michael Neumayr, Ernst Welteke, Emin Guliyev.
Unibank JSC was established Oct. 15, 2002, as a result of the merger of two private commercial banks in Azerbaijan - Mbank and Promtexbank.
Unibank's shareholders are as follows: Eldar Garibov - 68.3384 percent, Zemfira Jafarova - 5.5 percent, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 15.1515 percent, German Investment, German Investment Corporation - 8.3333 percent, minority shareholders - 2.6768 percent.
