The electricity produced at Iran's only nuclear power plant Bushehr has found way to the country's energy stock market.
The power plant has been registered in the market with a nominal output of 1,000 megawatts, IRNA news agency reported April 26.
Bushehr power plant makes the 35th producer of power to find way to the energy stock market.
Besides Bushehr power plant, there are six other governmental power plants from Khuzestan Province as well as 27 privately-held power plants available in the market.
On the demand side, there are 39 distribution companies as well as 9 retail companies on the market.
Since its launch, the Iranian energy market has registered the transfer of over 11.365 trillion rials ($377 million) worth of power.
