Official exchange rate of Azerbaijani manat against the US dollar was set at 1.5072 manats for Apr. 29, said Azerbaijan's Central Bank (CBA) Apr. 28.
Manat's rate against the US dollar has decreased by 0.1 percent as compared to the rate on Apr. 28.
The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) sold $32.4 million to 14 banks through the auction held by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
Meanwhile, the CBA obtained $10 million at the auction.
SOFAZ offered $50 million for sale through the auction, according to the message.
