Azerbaijan's Kapital Bank OJSC will start to pay dividends to shareholders from June 1, 2016, said the bank's message posted on its website.
This decision was made during the next meeting of Kapital Bank's shareholders that was held on May 18.
For obtaining dividends shareholders, who reside in Baku, can visit the bank's head office at Fizuli str. 71. Meanwhile, shareholders, who reside in the regions, can apply to the bank's branches with their ID cards.
Kapital Bank provides services to people in 90 branches and two offices throughout the country and has the most extensive service network.
The bank's authorized capital is 185 million manats.
The official exchange rate is 1.4929 AZN/USD as of May 24.
