The Azerbaijan Risk Professionals Association (ARPA), AQS Group and BSI Management Systems CIS will create an asset management system for the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, read a message from the World Bank.
A contract worth $800,360 was signed for this purpose with the Azerbaijan Railways as part of a project on supporting railway transportation and trade, implemented jointly with the World Bank.
The project supports the Azerbaijan Railways’ development program, aimed at improving railway services in Azerbaijan, development of trade and luring transit cargos between Europe and Central Asia.
The total cost of the project is $795 million.
The project will be completed on December 31, 2017.
