Shareholders of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) on October 12 will discuss the closure of the International Insurance Company (IIC) wholly founded by the bank in 2002, the IBA said in the message.
The IIC received an unlimited license for insurance activity in 2012 and currently provides services on 32 types of insurance.
