Rashad Rasullu was appointed the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of VTB Bank Azerbaijan, said the bank Oct. 11.
He replaced Sergey Tsarev, who remained in the Supervisory Board as its member.
Earlier, Rasullu was a member of the Supervisory Board of VTB Bank Azerbaijan.
Thus, the current members of the Supervisory Board are its Chairman Vasily Titov, Deputy Chairman Rashad Rasullu, Dmitry Popov, Sergey Tsarev and Museyib Aliyev.
Russia’s VTB Bank is represented in Azerbaijan through its subsidiary VTB Bank Azerbaijan.
Shareholders of VTB Bank Azerbaijan are the VTB Bank PJSC and Ata Holding OJSC.
VTB Bank Azerbaijan renders services to corporate business customers, small businesses and private clients.
