The 1st World Forum of Azerbaijani businessmen scheduled to be held in Baku Oct. 28-29, has been postponed, the country’s State Committee for Work with Diaspora said in a statement.
It was decided to hold the event at a different time, reads the statement.
After the release of official information about the holding of the forum, the Organizing Committee received numerous appeals from many countries.
In their appeals, Azerbaijanis engaged in entrepreneurship abroad have offered a lot of ideas and proposals related to the program of the forum, the issues on the agenda and the documents to be adopted at the forum.
The Organizing Committee carefully considered all the appeals and proposals received and decided to hold the event in an expanded format.
The date of holding the forum will be announced later.
