The Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues has chosen a company that will render consulting services for the privatization of Daskesen Filizsaflasdirma OJSC, the committee said in a message.
According to the message, KPMG Azerbaijan Limited is the winner of the tender which was announced previously.
Eight companies participated in the tender, the message said.
According to the terms of the tender, KPMG Azerbaijan Limited Company will assess the compliance of the company with international standards and norms, prepare financial and economic analysis of the company and assess the investments required for its development.
The winner of the tender must prepare an information memorandum to attract local and foreign investors, as well as other documents necessary for organizing the investment contest.
