Audit Committee of Azerbaijan’s NIKOIL Bank OJSC has been reformed, according to the message posted on the bank’s website Oct. 25.
Eldar Aliyev has been appointed the committee’s new chairman. Moreover, Georgi Chachiashvili has become the committee’s new member. Vladimir Turin is the other member of the Audit Committee.
NIKOIL Bank was established in Azerbaijan in 1994.
