Jalal Gasimov has been appointed first deputy director of the PASHA Holding Group of Companies, a source in Azerbaijan’s financial market told Trend Oct. 28.
Earlier, Gasimov held the position of deputy director of PASHA Holding.
At the same time, he is the director of the Banking Group of PASHA Holding, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kapital Bank, deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of PASHA Yatirim Bankasi (a subsidiary of PASHA Bank in Turkey) and a member of the Supervisory Board of PASHA Bank Georgia.
PASHA Holding is a major investment company in Azerbaijan widely represented in such sectors as banking, insurance, construction, production of construction materials, tourism and other areas of business. Kapital Bank, one of the largest banks of Azerbaijan’s retail market, is also owned by the PASHA Group of Companies.
