Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development deems it reasonable to create an Azerbaijan-Russia fund for financing the joint projects.
A special fund can and should be established, Russia’s Deputy Minister of Economic Development Alexander Tsybulskiy told Trend Nov. 2.
Earlier, Ramazan Abdulatipov, head of the Dagestan Republic of Russia, said Azerbaijan and Russia need to create a special fund for financing the joint projects.
“Such funds always enhance the opportunity to implement special projects. If such an initiative has been voiced by the head of Dagestan, I think it will be worked on,” Tsybulskiy said.
In case there are interested people, such suggestions should be realized, the deputy minister added.
