Kazakhstan’s Bank Astana had 1.19 billion tenges (336 tenges = $1) of net profit in January-September 2016

Kazakhstan’s Bank Astana had 1.19 billion tenges (336 tenges = $1) of net profit in January-September 2016, according to the bank’s financial statements posted on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
The bank’s profit reached 1.2 billion tenges in the same period of 2015.
Bank Astana’s operating revenue hit 5.48 billion tenges in January-September 2016 as compared to 5.86 billion tenges in the same period of 2015.

The bank’s assets increased from 223.67 billion tenges at the beginning of 2016 to 294.14 billion tenges in late September 2016. The capital of the bank increased from 23.49 billion tenges to 38.79 billion tenges in January-September 2016.

Bank Astana’s liabilities rose from 200.18 billion tenges to 255.34 billion tenges in this period.
Bank Astana was created in 2008. It provides a wide range of banking services to legal entities as well as individuals in eight cities of Kazakhstan - Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Aktau, Shymkent, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar.
