Parvin Ahadzade and Ramil Heydarov have become new members of Audit Committee at Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank OJSC, said a message posted on the bank’s website.
Ahadzade has become new chairman of the Audit Committee, which has been headed by Azer Sadigov. Currently, Jamil Mammadov is also a member of the committee.
Meanwhile, new Strategy and Budget Committee has been created in the bank.
Chairman of the committee is the member of the Executive Board, Chief Financial Officer Khayala Nagiyeva. Director of Treasury and Asset and Liability Management Department Bahruz Naghiyev is also a member of the bank’s Strategy and Budget Committee.
Composition of PASHA Bank’s Risk Management Committee has also changed.
PASHA Bank was established in 2007. The bank has two subsidiaries – in Georgia and Turkey – PASHA Bank Georgia and PASHA Bank Yatirim Bankasi.
