The average rate of the Azerbaijani manat against the US dollar was set at 1.9111 AZN/USD for Feb. 3 after a currency auction held by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) on Feb. 2, said the CBA.
The currency auction was held with participation of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ).
The auctions are held three times a week.
