The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) became an authorized organization of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.
Mortgage loans through the Fund are given to Azerbaijan Republic citizen, paid in mantas and their object can be either flat or private apartment. Maximal amount of the loan is 100,000 manats.

To get the mortgage loan clients of the IBA should pass registration on the E-mortgage portal: www.e-ipoteka.az, choose the authorized organization and stand in its waiting list.
