Azerbaijan’s insurance company PASHA Life plans to collect insurance premiums worth 102 million manats, said Chairman of the company’s Management Board Niyaz Ismayilov in his interview disseminated by the company Apr. 17.

“As in the past years, we hope that as a result of effective and focused activity, we will be able to realize our forecasts for this year,” he noted.

Ismayilov recalled that in 2016, insurance premiums of PASHA Life company amounted to 77.679 million manats that is by 23.15 million manats or 42.5 percent more than in 2015.

“During the period, the company’s assets reached 160 million manats, authorized capital – 40.25 million manats. Currently, PASHA Life is the country’s biggest insurance company in terms of the volume of its total assets,” he said.

Ismayilov also noted that the payment of claims carried out by the company totaled 45.907 million manats that exceeds the previous year’s result by threefold.

PASHA Life has been operating since 2011 and it is the biggest life insurance company of Azerbaijan.
