The State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan will hold the next auction on state property privatization on May 16, 2017, the committee said in a message Apr. 17.
The auction will take place in the Auctions Center of the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan.
As many as 212 state properties (22 joint stock companies, 116 small enterprises and 74 non-residential areas) - will be put up for auction.
It is noted that the joint-stock companies to be put up for sale are located in the city of Baku, as well as Barda, Kurdamir, Salyan, Sabirabad, Lerik, Aghdash, Tartar and other eight districts of Azerbaijan.
The activity of these joint-stock companies covers the spheres of industry, transport, repair, poultry, food, etc. Thirty or more percent of shares of these enterprises will be put up for the auction, and the authorized capital of these enterprises varies between 9,000 and 900,000 manats.
The small enterprises to be put up for privatization operate in the spheres of transport, public catering, repair, industry, including textile and food industry, and others.
These enterprises are located in Sheki, Sabirabad, Ujar, Jalilabad, Balakan, Khizi, Mingachevir and other districts and cities of Azerbaijan.
