ITALIANS TO ASSIST IN LAYING OUT GRAPE PLANTATIONS

Italian company BIBAI Goperativi Raus JEDO (BIGIER) will assist Azerbaijan in planting vine-grape seedlings, following an agreement reached at a meeting of the chairman of the standing parliamentary commission for agrarian policy, Eldar Ibrahimov, and BIGIER director Eugenio Sartori.

To formalize the upcoming activities, BIGIER is about to clinch the final deal with the Azerbaijani authorities; talks have been planned with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cabinet of Ministers. The company also plans to visit Azerbaijan’s regions to get acquainted with the existing situation at places.

BIGIER is active in 24 countries and annually plants up to 70 million vine-grape seedlings.
