Рўraffic tariffs in Azerbaijan get cheaper. In May, tariffs for freight traffic became cheaper in average, by 1,3 %, the State Statistics Committee told Trend. In particular, the railway freight tariffs lowered by 2,8%, sea transport decreased by 1%. Tariffs for freight traffic by air, pipeline, motor transport have not changed.
However, tariffs for railway freight domestic traffic increased by 8,8% and 0,9% for transit, but reduced by 17,2% for goods, transported from Azerbaijan and by 5 % for goods delivered to Azerbaijan.
During the month the tariffs for sea transportations for the CIS countries and other states became cheaper by 1% in both directions. Tariffs for freight air traffic for the CIS countries became cheaper by 0,8%, for the domestic traffic and other foreign states they did not change.
