The National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) announced of intention to hold the third in 2005 (the 25-th for the entire 2005) auction for placing short-term notes, registered within the emission second prospect. The auction will be held on 14 July at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the BSE told Trend.
Its subject are short-term NBA notes with the state registration number 50100310S. The volume of emission is 10 billion manats, one note’s nominal -1 million manats. The term for the notes circulation is 32 days.
The first auction for placing emission of notes of the second prospect completed by placement of notes in the total volume of 13,208 billion manats by nominal. The second auction must take place on 11 July.
Having started emission of notes since 14 September 2004, the NBA placed last year 11 issues of notes for 191747,4259 million manats by the emission prospect for 300 billion manats.
For the last year the notes’ rate of return by the cross price rose by 0,2 interests points (4,7% of annual), and by the weighed-average price вЂ" by 0,42 interest points (4,58% of annual).
