On 11 July the Union of the Azerbaijani and Turkish Businessmen (UATB) and the Organization of Azerbaijani-Russian Economic Cooperation (OAREC) will sign a memorandum on cooperation, the UATB told

The document to be inked the chairmen of the UATB and OARCM, Ahmet Erentok and Intigam Husseynov targets joint cooperation of businessmen of three countries.
A TAR (Turkey- Azerbaijan- Russia) concept developed by the UATB will be set for realization by autumn 2005. In accordance with the concept, it is planned to implement joint projects in close cooperation with the Turkish and Russian businessmen in Azerbaijan. The Turkish and Russian businessmen will hold a meeting shortly to discuss the concrete projects.
