The Ministry of Youth, Sport and Tourism of Azerbaijan has sent a number of proposals to the Ministry of Tourism of Greece on development of cooperation in the tourism sphere. The proposals will be considered during the forthcoming business forum on tourism, the Ministry told Trend.
Business forum is set for the current autumn in Athens. The accord on it has been reached during the recent visit of the Greek Minister of Tourism to Azerbaijan. During the talks the Greek side voiced its intentions on the tourism development both at the state, and the private level, particularly, holding of joint tourism exhibitions, business forums, setting up joint travel agencies and etc.
The Azerbaijani side is ready to create all conditions for the Greek companies’ favorable operation in the country. The Ministry, in particular, proposed to set up joint companies in the field of the ecological tourism.
