The commercial UniBank developed two projects with $200 value to be financed at expense of the Islamic Corporation for Development of Private Sector, Faig Husseynov, the chairman of the board of the UniBank, told Trend.
The bank is waiting for allotment of the fund in short as the devices have been already delivered to Azerbaijan and passed necessary customs procedures. It also planned to purchase construction materials for two local companies at expense of fund.
The Islamic Corporation for Development of Private Sector presented money to the UniBank in 2004. A total $7 million fund will be allotted for 6 years. $1.7 million will be granted to the UniBank, while the rest - the International Bank of Azerbaijan..
