The Council on Trade and Investments of Azerbaijan and the Northern Cyprus plans to hold the first sitting in the current September. The sitting will take place in Baku, head of the Fund for Promotion of Investments and Consulting (FPIC) Emil Medjidov told Trend.
"Memorandum on agreement between FPIC and the Chamber of Industry of the Northern Cyprus, which is a public organization, was signed during the recent visit of the government officials and business circles of Azerbaijan to this Republic.
The Council will be a public organization. They also took a decision, that the Council will sit twice a year, one time in Baku, one time in Lefkosha”, Medjodov noted.
Commenting on the visit to the Northern Cyprus lately, he noted, the issues of informational exchange, efficiency of goods and services transportation were discussed.
