The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) approved allotment of a credit to implement a project on improvement of the housing conditions and infrastructure of the Azerbaijani
refugees and internally displaced persons.
The IDB is ready to allot 7 million dinars (around $10.3 million) for the project, Ilgar Isayev, the chief executive of the IDB representing the countries of East Europe and Central Asia, told Trend.
The beneficiary is the Azerbaijani State Committee on Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons. The draft agreement is under study of the Azerbaijani government.
Term of signing directly depends on completion of the process and obtaining of authorization for signing by Azerbaijan.
