WORKING RATE FOR FORECASTING COMPRISES 4700 AZM/1USD

The Ministry of Economic Development adopted working rate for forecasting in the level of 4700 AzM / 1 USD. The National Bank of Azerbaijan did not present rate for calculation of forecast figures over 2004, Farhad Aliyev, the Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development, said. “The forecast should be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers by the National Bank of Azerbaijan on 15 September,” he noted.

The calculation of macro-economic figures earlier based on the working rate, which was determined in the level of 4900 AZM/1USD. “This rate is not final and may be changed,” the Minister noted.

As of 30 August rate of dollar makes up 4629 manats or 274 points less as compared
