The Taxes Ministry filed 300 lawsuits over the first half-year, Nurali Mammadov, the chief of the Initially Taxes Criminal Investigation Department, said to a news conference on Thursday, Trend reports.
According to Mammadov, the index is 2.1 times more as compared 2004.
Only 67 of 300 lawsuits were passed to court for consideration.
In accordance with the President’s decree on strengthening of anti-inflation measures, the Taxes Ministry was charged in reinforcement of the struggle with tax evasion and taking measures within its authority in this regard.
