"I am confident for 100 %, that tax arrears of Barmek Azerbaijan are not so large-scale, as the Tax Ministry presents”, president of Barmek Azerbaijan Husseyn Arabul told Trend exclusively.
President did not rule out, that errors may be admitted in the documents, but they can not be equal to the amount of 16 573,1 million AZM. The commission, established for revealing the exact amount of the tax non-payment from the part of Barmek вЂ"Azerbaijan has not accomplished its work so far. Arabul noted, the commission conducts repeated checking of papers and the exact results are expected to be soon.
It should be noted, in June 2005 the department of preliminary investigations of tax revenues of the Azerbaijan’s Tax Ministry filed 23 suits, one of which against Barmek-Azerbaijan.
