The National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) held two auctions on initial placement and re- placement issue of short-notes through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). The subject of both auctions were notes of one and the same emission with the register number 50100311S, BSE told Trend .
6 investors, taking part in the auction, applied for the amount of some 37 074 million AZM. The applications were within the price range of 99% (claiming at the return of 12,20%) вЂ" 99,08% (11,94%).
At the decision of NBA the cutting off price was 99,06% (12,2%), the average price is 99,06% (12,2%).
During the auction the notes for the amount of 15 095 million AZM were placed, from which 7 969 million AZM were non-competitive applications.
Thus, NBA put on sale notes for 1095 billion AZM in 2005 through the 42-nd issue Р°nd drew through the 41-st issue only 636,133 billion AZM, which constitutes 58,09% from the announced emission.
