In addition to the budgetary expenditures the State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAR) plans to finance a number of more projects, which implementation is to facilitate realization of other important for the country projects, the SOFAR executive director Samir Sharifov said in Washington, SOFAR told Trend.
"We view the issue of laying the foundation for the educational fund to facilitate getting education in the USA and Europe by young Azerbaijani people”, he noted.
According to Sharifov, for the moment, Azerbaijan needs highly qualified specialists in various fields.
"Through investing in the human capital we hope to get knowledge on the market economy”, he noted.
