The loan for implementation of the Alyat-Astara project will be allocated under relative small interest. The credit terms of the project, which will be mostly funded by the World
Bank credit stipulate allocation of funds under libor+0,25%, the Cabinet of Ministers told Trend.
The loanвЂ�s amount is $300 million. “Earlier such credits were allocated under libor+0,5%, now вЂ" under libor+0,25%", - the bank noted.
For the project implementation the funds will be issued at the Asian Bank of Development (ADB). "The rate by its credit is planned at the level of libor+0,34%", - the Cabinet of Ministers told Trend.
Under the project the length of the Baku-Astara highway will be 243 km, which will enable to shorten the way between Baku and Astara for 70 km.
