It is also planned to mull issues of cooperation, as well as to meet with the representatives of the international organizations active in the country," the same source said.
Previously, Kalov visited the on 12-16 September with the same objective.
The budget of the first phase of the project calculated for 3.5-4 years, was accorded as 54m euros, with 37 million euros to be approved by KfW, 10 m by the Swiss State Secretariat of Economic Relationships (SECO), while 7m вЂ" by the Azerbaijani government.
