The Azerbaijani specialists will participate in the conference on increase of competitiveness of agrarian sector in transit economies, organized by the U.S.
International Development Agency within the program on support to joint research of BASД°S.Azerbaijan will be represented at the event by Islam Ibrahimov, the chief of the Agrarian Reforms and Development of Entrepreneurship Division of the Agriculture Ministry. The conference will be held in Budapest from 1 to 3 December, Trend reports.
Ibrahimov will make a speech on effectiveness of agrarian reforms in Azerbaijan at the conference.
The main goal of the conference is to discuss improvement ways of the agrarian policy and increase of productivity of agricultural production to stimulate economic growth in the CIS countries.
