Kazakh Atyrau refinery completed repair works after an accident at catalytic reforming unit and started gasoline production, Kazinform reported with reference to the refinery.
The unit is currently working at moderate rate and produce motor gasoline. It will take few days to re-test the unit and bring it to full capacity.
Kazakh Atyrau refinery temporarily suspended gasoline production following an accident which took place at the refinery's catalytic reforming unit on Oct.6.
Currently, Kazakhstan has three oil refineries: Shymkent refinery, Atyrau refinery and Pavlodar petrochemical plant.
