The production association deals with the distribution and sale of natural gas to consumers in the territory of Azerbaijan.

At present, weather conditions in the country are favourable. This testifies to the slight decrease in gas consumption, the production association said.

Some 15 million cubic meters of the total volume of daily gas consumption in the country fall to Baku compared to 17 million cubic meters as of December 16, the interlocutor of the agency reported.

"Currently, 11 million cubic meters of gas fall to the regions of the country every day, the production association said.

Consumers are being provided with the necessary volumes of gas and there are no problems with providing the population with blue fuel, Azerigaz said.
