Some 24.92 million tons of oil and gas condensate were produced in Azerbaijan in January-July 2014, which is 2.2 percent less than in the same period of 2013, according to the report of the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee for the first seven months of this year.
Some 43.1 million tons of oil and gas condensate were extracted in Azerbaijan in 2013 compared to 42.98 million tons in 2012.
The bulk of oil production volume fell to the block of oil and gas fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli and Shah Deniz gas condensate field, developed jointly with foreign partners.
Tank gas production amounted to 10.76 billion cubic meters in the country in January-July, which is 4.6 percent more than in the same period of 2013, according to the report.
Azerbaijan produced 17.9 billion cubic meters of tank gas in 2013 compared to 17.24 billion cubic meters in 2012.
