Turkmengas state concern announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is to purchase geophysical equipment.
All those interested in participating in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written bid (the bids are not accepted from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones) for participation in the tender, indicating a full name, a legal status, a country of registration and requisites;
- read the bidding rules of Turkmenistan;
- get the specification per lot, technical requirements and basic terms of the contract;
- receive an account for payment of $500, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats (excluding VAT and banking costs) per lot.
The tender offers are accepted until 12:00 local time (GMT+5 hours) April 28, 2015.
The tender bids will be considered after transferring the funds to the account in two envelopes.
The first envelope should contain the full specifications and requirements for the offered products, as well as all the necessary tender documents.
The second envelope should only contain price offer (technical and commercial specification) on the offered products.
