The Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) announced April 28 an international tender.
The tender is for the purchase of automotive and railway equipment.
Those willing to take part in the tender are invited to submit a written application, indicating the participant's full name, legal status, registration country, details and the contact numbers.
Aside from that, it is needed to get familiar with the tender rules; get the lot specification and technical requirements; obtain tender documents by paying $575 per lot.
The packages with tender offers should be delivered to the address below starting from the date of publication of the notice and will be accepted for consideration after the receipt of funds in the account.
The commercial offers must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain the specifications, and the second envelope - a commercial offer with prices for the products offered.
The tender offers should be sent to: Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan province, Turkmenistan.
The offers will be accepted until May 1, 2015, 17:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours).
