The deputy of Iran's oil minister said that Iran's oil exports was 8 percent more than the level mentioned in last yearly budget, without giving further information.

The Deputy Minister of Oil responsible for planning and control over hydrocarbon resources Mansour Moazami also said that Iran planned to export 40 million liters of fuel oil as well as 12 to 13 million liters of diesel during the current fiscal year, Shana reported on May 7. Iran's fiscal year starts on March 21 and budget is set based on fiscal year.

Moazzami neither mentioned the exact volume of oil export nor clarified whether he included the gas condensate in total oil export or just talking about crude oil.

However, according to yearly budget law, exporting one million barrels per day of crude oil and 297,000 barrels per day of the gas condensate (an ultra-light oil which is extracted from gas fields) was targeted for last fiscal year.

With regard to an 8 percent increase in Iran's oil export, compared to budget bill, it seems Iran exported about 1.4 mb/d of crude oil and condensate during last fiscal year.
