The world oil demand will increase by 1.2 million barrels per day and reach 92.5 million barrels per day in 2015, compared to 91.3 million barrels per day in 2014.
OPEC forecasts increase in world oil demand

The world oil demand will increase by 1.2 million barrels per day and reach 92.5 million barrels per day in 2015, compared to 91.3 million barrels per day in 2014, according to the monthly oil market report of OPEC.

The highest world oil demand - 93.9 million barrels per day - will be recorded in Q4 of 2015, according to the OPEC forecast.

The world oil demand in Q2 is forecasted to reach 91.4 million barrels per day, Q3 - 93.2 million barrels per day compared to 91.5 million barrels per day in Q1 of 2015.

The oil demand in China which is the largest consumer of energy resources in the world, will be 10.8 million barrels per day in 2015, compared to 10.5 million barrels per day in 2014, according to OPEC forecast.

This is while OPEC forecasts the oil demand in Europe in 2015 to remain unchanged - 13.5 million barrels per day.
