Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR) has announced an international tender.
The tender is for purchasing all-factory, technological, drilling equipment.
All companies interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- submit a written application indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers;
- read the tender rules;
- get the specification and technical requirements;
- get the package of tender documents by paying $575 per lot.
The tender bids should be sent to the following address: Turkmenistan, Balkan province, Turkmenbashi city, TCOR.
The bids will be received within 20 working days from the date of publication of the notification till 17:00 (UTC/GMT + 5 hours).
The commercial bids should be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should include the technical specifications, while the second envelope should include the commercial bids with the prices for the offered products.
