Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) in Turkmenistan has announced an international tender.
The tender is for reconstruction, including modernization of the automatic control system and seawater desalting plant.
All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- submit an application indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers;
- read the tender rules;
- get the technical specification;
- obtain the package of tender documents by paying $1,725.
The tender bids should be sent to the following address: Turkmenistan, Balkan province, Turkmenbashi city, TCOR.
The bids need to be received within 30 days from the date of publication of the notification.
The account for transferring money will be specified upon submission of a written application.
The packages with tender bids should be submitted to the abovementioned address from the date of publication of the notification.
The bids will be reviewed after the receipt of funds to the account.
