Azerbaijani oil prices down by 6.2% Jan. 20

The prices for AZERI LT oil produced at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of oil and gas fields on the basis of CIF in the Italian port of Augusta was $28.82 per barrel on Jan. 20, or $1.9 less compared to Jan. 19, a source on the country's oil and gas market told Trend Jan. 21.

AZERI Light FOB Ceyhan oil price was $28.02 per barrel on Jan. 20, or $1.86 less than the previous price.

Azerbaijan produces Azeri Light since 1997 and exports it via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Supsa pipelines, as well as by rail to the Georgian port of Batumi.

Azerbaijan also exports URALS oil from Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiysk. The oil is delivered there via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline.

The price for URALS-NOVO was $23.73 per barrel on Jan. 20, or $1.78 less than the previous price.

The price for a barrel of Brent Dated, produced from the North Sea, stood at $25.99 per barrel Jan. 20 or $2.02 less than the previous price.
