Iran says it is preparing to lead four million barrels of oil to Europe on Feb.14.

The Managing Director of National Iranian Oil Company Roknoddin Javadi told Shana on Feb.13 that two million barrels of Iranian oil would be delivered to France's Total and the remained cargo would be sold to two Russian and Spanish companies.

He didn't disclose the companies' name, but added that Russian company would deliver the Iranian oil cargo to its refinery in Romania.

Russian Lukoil has a refinery (Ploiesti) in Romania.

The Refinery produces fuels. Located in Ploiesti, 55 km from Bucharest, it refines Urals crude (Russian export blend) and oil from fields of Romania. Crude oil is supplied to the Refinery by pipeline from the Black Sea port of Constanta. Romanian oil is supplied by rail. Oil products are shipped by rail and road, Lukoil's official website says.

Earlier, Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said that the first Iranian oil cargo would be supplied to Total on Feb.16.

"Italian Eni and Saras would intake 0.1 mbd and 0.06-0.07 mbd of Iranian oil," he added.
