Turkey has increased gas intake from Iran during 1Q 2016, the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority's (EPDK) statistics indicate.
According to a EPDK report, Iran has delivered more than 2.277 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas to Turkey in 1Q16, about 36.12 million cubic meters (mcm) more than the same period in last year.
Iran has a deal with Turkey to export around 10 bcm of gas annually.
