Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR delivered two consignments of jet fuel to Ukrainian company Trade Commodity, a source in the company told Trend.
According to the source, around 18,000 tons of jet fuel produced at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery was delivered to Ukraine.
“Jet fuel is mainly delivered through the Yuzhne port,” the source said. “Some 18,000 tons of jet fuel was delivered in two consignments – 6,000 tons in April, and the rest - in June.”
SOCAR exported around 129,000 tons of jet fuel in January-June 2016 as compared to 103,000 tons exported in the same period 2015.
SOCAR is the sole producer of oil products in Azerbaijan.
