In January-September 2016, 5.79 million manats were invested in Azerbaijan’s oil and gas sector, says a report of the country’s State Statistics Committee.
During the period, total volume of investments in the country’s industrial sector amounted to 6.1 billion manats, which is by 20.1 percent less than in January-September 2015.
About 5.76 billion manats of total volume of the investments were invested in Azerbaijan’s mining industry that is by 14.6 percent less than in January-September 2015.
Investments in production, distribution and supply of energy, has and heat amounted to 126 million manats during the period that is by 9.2 percent more than in January-September 2015.
